Mid Day Meditations is a vibe. A 30min break from your day and routines to clear your MindSpace. We'll chat about a topic, practice some breathwork to energize our mind, body and spirit and Meditate to let go of whatever's weighing on us or coming up. We'll log out more clear headed and ready for the rest of the day!
